SCREEN PRINTING

Screen printing involves creating a stencil (printers call this a "screen"), and then using that stencil to apply layers of ink on the printing surface. Each color is applied using a different stencil, one at a time, combined to achieve the final look. It is a much longer process than any other printing method. Requires time to set up which is why our turnaround time is 2-3 weeks. Screen printing is normally for larger quantities of apparel and longer lasting print.  We do require a minimum of at least 24 pieces per design for 1-3 color prints and 48 pieces minimum requirement for 4-6 color prints. We can provide the garments or you are always welcome to bring in your own. Just be sure to contact us for advise on the materials suitable for screen printing.  Our in-house screen printing is processed through state of the art machinery, M&R Challenger Manual 6 color, 6 station press. It has the ability to complete any job whether it is for a large business or an independent client. Contact us now to start your next project.

DTG

(Direct To Garment)

DTG is a process of printing on textiles using specialized aqueous ink jet technology. Epson F2100 is what we use to create these vibrant prints on your garments. Garments are required to be pr-treated for stronger bond between garment fibers and the pigmented inks. Once pre-treated, they are placed on the platen and the printer inks are sprayed onto the textile by the print head. Since this is a digital process, the print is sharper and has a higher resolution or DPI than the traditional printing methods. There is no set up or clean up process which allows DTG to be printed on single items.

A PNG file is required for your logo with clear background. Turnaround is 7-10 business days and price varies by quantity.
